ICES has developed the PECA concept to be part of its member offering. PECA is taking the role as a meeting ground and a marketplace for Professional Learning and Up-skilling. Our members share training needs and take part in developing content that can be used by both Industry and Professional training companies. This way, Swedish Tech Industry will be able to offer its employees technical educations, tailor-made for the company needs, in a flexible and efficient way.

In our daily work we have seen that our members have a growing need of gaining new knowledge and updated insights. At the same time they say that their employees have difficulties to find the proper time and energy for participating in the formal trainings being offered today. We call it the 'professional learning paradox'.
